Becoming a Mentor
The Mentor is expected to:
- meet with the assigned mentee either in person or virtually once a month (1hour) for a term/semester,
- respect the mentee’s limit and privacy,
- maintain a professional relationship throughout the mentoring process, and
- officially end the mentoring relationship at the end of the assigned period.

Please understand that completion of this form does not guarantee automatic enrollment into the program. Your responses will be carefully considered, and if selected, you will be notified about the next steps in the enrollment process.
