Becoming a Mentee
The Mentee is expected to:
- meet with the assigned mentor either in person or virtually once a month (1hour) for a term,
- respect the mentor’s limit and privacy,
- maintain a professional relationship throughout the mentoring process, and
- officially end the mentoring relationship at the end of the assigned period.

This questionnaire has been crafted to gather crucial information about you, facilitating our efforts to match you with the most suitable mentor in our program. Itis important to note that completing this form does not automatically enroll you in the program. Your responses will be thoughtfully reviewed, and if selected, you will receive notification outlining the subsequent steps in the enrollment process.
